Shipping, delivery and returns

We are a small family studio, and we want you to feel cared for. Here is what to expect, and what we will do if something goes wrong.

Printed copies

Each printed copy is made to order on Pura Velvet cotton rag paper and ships unframed. A frame shown on a product page is for illustration only. The frame is not included.

Shipping is free and included in the price. Printed copies ship within the United States today. Downloads work anywhere.

How long it takes

Made to order. Printed and shipped within 3 business days. Most prints arrive in 5 to 7 business days.

  • We place your order with our printer within 2 business days.
  • Your print is made and shipped from Texas by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
  • Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days after it ships.
  • We email you the tracking number as soon as we have it.

Business days are Monday through Friday, without holidays. Around Christmas the carriers are busy, so order a little early if it is a gift. If you need it sooner, a download can be printed the same day. Our gift finder has ideas.

If a print arrives damaged or misprinted

Please write to hello@scripturerendered.com within 7 days of delivery. A clear photo of the print and the packaging helps us act quickly.

If you change your mind

A printed copy is made just for you, so we do not have a standing return policy. If something is not right, write to us. We will do our best to help, one person at a time.

If the address is wrong

Write to us as soon as you notice. We can often fix it before the print ships. Once it has shipped, the carrier decides, but we will still try to help.

If it does not arrive

Use the tracking number in your email first. If the tracking has stopped moving, write to us. We will follow up with the carrier and make it right.

Digital downloads

A download reaches you the moment you pay, so we are not able to refund digital files. If a file will not open or does not print the way it should, write to us. We will stay with you until it is right.

If a download is a stretch for you, write to us and we will gift it. You never need to explain.
